Banque CIC Est is the CIC Group subsidiary for the Greater Easter region of France. CIC Group serves 4.1 million private, professional and corporate clients.

 

Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel (BFCM): 27.63%

BFCM is the holding company of the bancassurance group Crédit Mutuel Centre Est Europe-CIC, a mutual group with 7.2 million shareholding members, and 65,000 employees serving 18.7 million customers. Crédit Mutuel-CIC Group is the second largest retail bank in France.

The Group’s excellent financial strength is reflected in its tier 1 equity capital of €25 billion and its 9.8% solvency ratio. The rating agencies Moody’s and Standard & Poor’s assign a rating of Aa3 and A+ respectively to the BFCM group, making it one of the highest-rated banks in the eurozone.



Banque de Luxembourg is one of the key players of the international private banking arm of the Crédit Mutuel-CIC Group. Together with Banque CIC (Suisse), Banque Pasche, CIC Banque Transatlantique and CIC's subsidiary in Singapore, it offers CIC Banque Privée's private clients wealth management solutions with an international focus.
