Splitting your portfolio between equities, bonds and cash

Move the red button on the chart above to indicate how defensive or aggressive you want your portfolio to be. You will see that the graphic on the right has changed to reflect the split between equities, bonds, and cash.

Choosing your investment horizon

Select an investment horizon (i.e. the period during which you consider you will not need your money) by moving the blue button to the right.

The graph opposite will have changed to show the expected annual return (in percentage terms) and the final amount. It will also show the maximum and minimum returns (with 95% probability), as well as the total amounts you could save with this type of investment.

To refine your analysis, move the button(s) again.
