You've  typed the wrong PIN code three times and now your card is blocked

This arrangement ensures that others cannot repeatedly attempt to use your card if it is stolen. However, if you have mistyped your PIN three times in a row, just contact your usual adviser (+352) 49 924-1.

You will be able to use your card again in just under five minutes. And if you have forgotten your PIN, our help support will issue you with a new one within a couple of days.
