Cover comes into effect up to €500 for urgent purchases (receipts required, no excess) to replace clothes and toiletries for checked-in luggage not delivered to the insured person within four hours following arrival at destination.

In the event that luggage is not returned to the insured person within 48 hours, the insured person can make emergency purchases up to a complementary amount of €1,500 (receipts required) within four days following arrival at destination.
