Please note that a number of fraudulent e-mails are currently circulating, seeking to recover your personal and banking data.
We remind you that Banque de Luxembourg and LuxTrust will never contact you directly via your personal email address, by SMS or by telephone asking you to log in to your secure site and/or to provide confidential information linked to your accounts and bank cards.
Impact of the new regulations
The changes described below will take effect as of 1 January 2018.
TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT
As part of the implementation of the new regulations on markets in financial instruments (known as MiFID II) and changes to our internal policy, the Tripartite Agreement has been amended.
Please be aware that the changes made to the Tripartite Agreement shall be considered as approved if we receive no objection from you prior to their entry into force on 1 January 2018.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Bank’s General Terms and Conditions have been amended to take into account the new regulations on markets in financial instruments (MiFID II) and payment services (PSD II).
Please be aware that the changes made to the General Terms and Conditions shall be considered as approved if we receive no objection from you prior to their entry into force on 1 January 2018.
