Take part in our Family Business Junior Executive Program from 25 to 26 November 2021 and 13 to 14 January 2022.
It’s not always easy to take your place as the next generation in a family business. Our Family Business Junior Executive Program is designed to support young people from business families who are starting out in the family business.
With so many questions surrounding the issue of joining the family business, peer-to-peer discussions, hearing personal accounts and learning from the direct experience of other young entrepreneurs can help. This is the firm objective of our Family Business Junior Executive Program, first launched in 2012.
The next edition will be held in two sessions from 25 to 26 November 2021 and 13 to 14 January 2022 at the Domaine de Ronchinne near Namur (Belgium).
These discussion days will enable Belgian, French and Luxembourg participants to share ideas in themed workshops about authenticity and legitimacy, management style, governance of a family business, working in the family, and assertiveness within the company.
