Given the current circumstances, we are taking precautions to guarantee the well-being of our visitors and our staff and we have implemented all the measures required to offer you service continuity.
In this regard, and in order to guarantee your safety, the Boulevard Royal branch will be open for appointments only.
In general, we would like to recommend the following:
- Avoid journeys to the Bank,
- From 6 April, please arrange an appointment to withdraw cash or to access your safe deposit box (possible on Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 8.30 am and 12 pm),
- Contact your adviser by phone, secure mail, or make an appointment if you have an urgent request,
- Use E-Banking or the Mobile Banking application available at any time to check your accounts, make payments, check fund performances and read the latest news from Banque de Luxembourg.
