Our management company is actively engaged
Conscious of our social responsibility regarding the investments made on behalf of our investors, BLI – Banque de Luxembourg Investments, the Bank's management company, signed the Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) in July 2017 with the aim of implementing them in three main areas: integration of ESG factors in the investment process, engagement and an active voting policy.
BLI's sustainable and responsible investment policy is consistent with its historical investment philosophy based on long-term conviction management and is implemented through different approaches: exclusion, integration of ESG criteria, and impact investment.
The degree of integration varies depending on the portfolio, several of which have been awarded the independent LuxFLAG (Luxembourg) and SRI (France) labels.
