Belgian residents can now use the strong authentication solution, itsme. This application allows you to confirm your identity and validate your banking transactions securely on your smartphone in the BL Mobile Banking app.

itsme is a free app that allows you, using a unique code, to confirm your identity, and register, sign and pay securely in a wide range of online applications.
With itsme, you no longer need your card reader or passwords.
Why use itsme?
itsme works with your BL Mobile Banking app, your SIM card and your personal itsme code. itsme allows you to:
- Confirm your identity
- Validate your banking transactions
- Sign your documents securely
This solution also lets you confirm your identity online at other banks and institutions.
Easy to use
Use your personal code or finger print to log in easily to BL Mobile Banking on your smartphone. Confirm your identity and sign your transactions on the BL Mobile Banking app without the need for an identity card reader.
Your security is guaranteed
You alone manage your identity with your biometric data (Face/Touch ID) and your personal code. Your data is therefore secure and European data protection legislation is observed.
