The i-Hub platform provides highly secure hosting for your personal digital file and simplifies the management of your personal data and identity documents, which the Bank is required by current legislation to keep up to date.

Why do you have to update your personal data?
It is crucially important to guarantee the security of all your banking transactions and offer you the best possible digital experience with your bank. If you change your address, your marital status, your job, your identity documents, your phone number... you’re the one who controls how your data is updated with the bank, with complete independence and flexibility.
Your personal file can be accessed from your dedicated area.
Once you have accepted i-Hub’s general terms and conditions, you are in charge of your personal digital file and you’ll be able to share it (if you wish) with all the banks where you have an account, and other companies or public bodies using the same platform. Where necessary, you will have to give your consent for your data to be shared, but you will be able to withdraw this consent at any time via your E-Banking area.
If one of your documents is not up to date (e.g., your ID card has expired), you will receive a notification as soon as you log into your E-Banking area and your BL Mobile Banking app via your secure mailbox. You will be able to upload the new document online – you no longer need to print it out or send it by post.

This platform offers a high level of security and confidentiality, using strong authentication procedures and individual encryption of your documents. Your data is protected by intrusion detection systems and stored on servers located in Luxembourg.
